Where will the workouts take place?

Workouts can happen anywhere - your basement, living room, backyard, or at the park! Very little space is required.

Do I need special exercise equipment?

 

Absolutley not! An effective workout doesn't need fancy equipment however we can incorporate any should you have something at home. Otherwise all that is required of you is your time.

What do I get when I buy 12 or more sessions?
 

In a nutshell, when you purchase 12 or more sessions you will receive:

 

1. A customized workout program card including cardiovascular, resistance training and flexibility concepts.

2. Nutrition counselling.

3. Unlimited and ongoing contact with me to answer questions and/or concerns.

4. Ongoing feedback and motivation from me as your trainer who will keep you accountable and on track!

It is too expensive.

I've always said, you can't put a price on your health. Hiring a personal trainer could be the one thing that finally gets you active, keeps you active, helps you lose weight, gain energy and achieve your health and wellness goals. Many people don't think twice about spending the equivalent of a personal training session at a restaurant, a night at the movies or a few days worths of lattes. 

 

Through mobile fitness you save on time, gas and restricted gym memberships by having a professional design a structured, easy-to-follow, individualized work-out program ,that is delivered one-on-one in your preferred location. Motivation, safety and success are literally brought to your door.

I only want 1 personal training session a week.

Simply put, it won't be enough. I am here to ensure you see CHANGES and RESULTS. 
 
If you want to see results, you need to be engaged in some sort of physical activity that elevates your heart rate, to burn calories, at least 5x/week. If you currently do no physical activity on your own, you will need at least 3 sessions/week with me. If you are actively engaged in some form of physical activity on your own, then 2 sessions/week with me is recommended.
