** General nutritional counseling is provided to all of my clients. 

W           One-on-One: Personal Training + Nutritional Coaching
 

The key to long term weight loss and body composition changes is a combination of exercise AND NUTRITION. When you purchase a group of sessions with me you will also receive vital nutrition counselling as well as ongoing guidance to ensure you are getting the most out of your exercise in order to see RESULTS.  If you currently do not participate regularly in any activity, you will need 3 training sessions/week with me to start seeing results. 

              One-on-One: Nutrition Coaching
 

In this program, you will receive personalized one-on-one nutrition coaching in your own home designed to meet your specific weight loss goals. I will teach your about food choices, portion control, calorie intake for weight loss and tips and tricks to keep your nutrition on point. This is ideal for those who are already regularly active in their own exercise regime, but are looking for guidance in the food department. 

           30 Minute One-on-One

 

Ideal for those who just don’t have the time or knowledge to pack all the concepts of a 60min workout into 30min. In this program you will see first-hand how less can be more! 

           Post Holiday Burn (January - April) *48 sessions 

 

For those who are absolutely COMMITTED to making permanent lifestyle changes, this is the ultimate KICK-START to making permanent changes. Perhaps you have started an exercise program before but have been unable to stick with it. Perhaps you have a specific health concern (permanent weight loss) that absolutely necessitates a change in your lifestyle and the guidance, motivation, knowledge and accountability of a personal trainer is what you need to be successful. Or perhaps you are finally ready to make that INVESTMENT in your health.  You will receive a dynamic, individualized training program customized to your needs, nutrition counselling and regular training sessions with your personal trainer 3x/week for four months. I will be with you every step of the way!

*Overall this is the most cost-effective program both financially and fitness-wise.   

          Just The Program/Virtual Exercise

 

You have a gym membership, you are familiar with exercise and have been doing it regularly but you aren't seeing results, are bored or have a specific fitness goal you aren't sure how to train for. Essentially you want a specfic program laying out exactly what you'll do every day but you don't want the support or ongoing contact with a trainer. I will meet with you (in person, on the phone or online) to discuss what your goals are and will then design a program just for you, meet with you to review it, demonstrate the components and then you are essentially on your own!
